a holiday homes company registered in Dubai, UAE, and the clients (“Guests”) using our services.
By booking with us, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
2. Booking and Payment

4. Check-in and Check-out

5. Use of Property

10. Force Majeure
We are not responsible for cancellations due to circumstances beyond our control, including natural disasters, pandemics, government actions, or travel restrictions.
11. House Rules
- Smoking: Not permitted.
- Pets: Not allowed.
- Quiet hours: 9:00 pm - 8:00 am.
- Please dispose of waste properly and leave the property in a clean condition.
12. Amendments
We reserve the right to amend these terms at any time. Guests will be notified of any changes before their stay.
